Hamidah Mzoa has supported the establishment of the Kesho Trust in Tanzania from the beginning. She has been our constant point of contact and administrator of all our activity since the organization was taking shape in 2004

Hamidah has extensive experience built up through more that 25 years of work with international development organizations in Tanzania including Peace Corps, Voluntary Service Overseas [VSO] and the Belgian Technical Corporation.

Emmanuel Ole Kileliemmanuel

Emmanuel is a Maasai from Elerai in central Tanzania. He started a community based organization, Ereto Maasai Youth (EMAYO), in his home community that worked to improve the lives of the people of his people. EMAYO was the original partner of the Kesho Trust and the organizations continue to collaborate. Through the relationship with the Kesho Trust, Emmanuel toured Canada after graduation from high school and recently completely his Masters degree at the University of Victoria through our I-CAN research program. His research work was done in the Maasai communities of Ngorongoro District. On completion of his degree Emmanuel returned to Tanzania and is now working as Executive Director of the Kesho Trust.
