The Kesho Trust has formed a new partnership with Help Every Day — a web-based organization that funds small international development projects through local partners.. The Kesho Trust solicited our partners in Tanzania for project ideas and the first one chosen for implementation was an extension of EMAYO’s water initiative. This specific project will add water storage tanks to public buildings and dedicate water to school children, to community members in special need and for use at community meetings. The water allocation will be managed by a committee of women from the community according to their traditional responsibilities for domestic water supplies.
