Our Promoting Environmental Conservation and Cooperation [PECC] project had been suffering some substantial delays in the start up funding availability from the donor – the Foundation for Civil Society. However, it seems the obstacles have been overcome and funds have now been received to get the project fully underway. Peter Millanga, our project officer, began initial community contacts and discussions but can now move forward on all the activities planned within the project. We will continue to keep our progress updated on our website and through this newsletter.
